1. Why can't I select an item on the file list?

   • Selection by left-click (i.e., primary button) is temporarily disabled, in order to avoid the issue discussed in the document page "User-interface Not Responding to Scrolling" in the section "Known Issues".
   • To select an item in the file list, right-click the item to open the menu and select "Open", as shown in Figures 1 and 2 below.

2. When I drag an item over a folder in the file list (Figure 3 below), why doesn't the folder open?

   • The feature has been disabled temporarily, in order to avoid the issue discussed in the document page "User-interface Not Responding to Scrolling" in the section "Known Issues".
   • To copy or move an item, right-click the item to open the menu and then choose "Copy" or "Move" (Figure 4).

3. Is it free to download SIMO from Mac App Store on an Apple silicon Mac?

   • It is a free download from Mac App Store, if you have already bought SIMO on iOS App Store.

4. I have already bought SIMO on iOS App Store. However, when I try to download it from Mac App Store on an Apple silicon Mac, it asks me to pay. What should I do?

   • If you have bought SIMO from iOS App Store, it should be a free download from Mac App Store. However, some users have reported that they were asked to pay when trying to download it from Mac App Store (see Figure 5). In this situation, simply press "Buy" to proceed. After that, the dialog box shown in Figure 6 will appear. Now, you can press "OK" to download it for free.
